AIDS Ridden

A nasty term used to describe someone who you don't like or a poor person. The medical ilness "AIDS" is used, as a representation of poverty.

Dave: "I hate Bob"
Mark: "Why?"
Dave: "He's an AIDS RIDDEN freak."
