AIism or AI-ism is the art age we are currently entering. It is a source of ideas and inspiration for artists, with probably little to no evidence of artist's initial source.
AI-ism blurs the line between man and machine in our artworld markets.
A philosophy (or sometimes religion) that has only one guideline: to love other creatures unconditionally. There is really nothing else to the religion. It needs nothing else, really. It is based on the idea that "Love Is All You Need." Aiists are accepting of everything, so many use Aiism as an extension to the religious group they belong to.
A photo, video, voice, or piece of media that looks or sounds almost real but is actually created by artificial intelligence. It closely imitates reality but is not genuine.
Example:
Did you see that video of the celebrity talking? It looked real, but it was pure AIism.
Lee: Bruv, have you seen all them videos on YouTube now? The ones where animals are talking and celebrities are saying mad stuff?
Frank: Bruv… they’re not real. They’re AI. It’s not realism — it’s AIism. Lol.
A small piece of information. Derived from the word ken, used often in the scottish language and is synonymous with knowledge.
Person 1: "Hey I don't get this shit. How do you solve this problem?"
Person 2: "I got that one. Give me some kenlets on this assignment and I'll help you w/ that one."
a word of expression to when you give up on comprehending someone'swords of ignorance, stupidity, absurdity or are too exhausted to formulate a proper response.
Commonly seen in TikTok comment sections in replies to lazy attempts at humor, overconfidentally incorrect statement, or an over-the-top comment or when someone completely misses the mark on something.
"actually... incorrect statement, hope this helps!"
"I mean I guess bro"
n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.
