The action of jumping up and touching something or doing something athletic and then flexing both your arms to your crotch or flexing normally and scream "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Typical when lifting weights and being successful, dunking, touchdowns, or jumping up and touching the top of a doorway.

5th grader: -jumps up and touches top of doorway-
5th grader: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! -flexes while screaming-
