A term used for a girl who will act as a slave to a creepy fat man who has a face of a rat (or any type of creepy men for that matter) and in turn gets 4 quarters for tip.

Friend 1: You's a ho!
Friend 2: I ain't no ho!
Friend 3: You right. You's a 4 Quotah Ho!
