When you have to poop, but do it exactly at 4 in the morning. Usually when someone outside of your family or someone you are not used to, stays at your house/vice versa and you don't want to drop a deuce while they are awake

The perfect time for a sandwich. Used commonly when a person is not tired, or cannot figure out a fucking alarm clock and have to wake up early. It is often caused by watching random videos and staying up on social media

4 AM Syndrome

A phenomenon which leads one's English (or whatever language one speaks) to either become less controlled or logical than usual or archaic and verbose; it also causes one to say things one wouldn't ordinarily say. Often quite embarrassing, this syndrome is most evident in those who chat or speak with friends or relatives in the wee hours of the morning.

Deb: I'm sorry about last night!! It was late, and I don't know what I was saying!
Pedro: No worries--I'm sure it was just the 4 AM Syndrome.
