After a 2k race, either on the water or on an erg, when you get a bad cough that sounds like you are deathly ill. It's caused by the fast breathing from the most intense short time workout a person could possibly put themselves through.
Girl: Wow! Are you sick? That cough sounds terrible.
Boy: No, it's just 2k cough. I don't care. I just won a medal!
