An instrument used to calculate the time required to get to a given destination with a tractor-trailer . A dispatchers favorite tool, it does not allow for unnecessary stops such as, hygiene, nutrition, fuel, or repairs.

"My dispatcher has a 100 mile an hour pen and I drive a 55 mile an hour truck."
