"Oz" Syndrome 

The "Oz" Syndrome is when a guy is stunning looking and confident yet can't get laid because girls think he's a player and a douchebag. Often found alone at home while the less attractive guys are out banging lots of beautiful women. He gets tons of looks from women but very rarely gets past "Hi"

In other words, a "brad pitt" treated like an uggo
