A cheap, brightly colored and patterned baby stroller used by the leathery, methamphetamine-aged, toothless, wrinkled, flat-assed and huge-breasted female human in Oildale, a hideous neighborhood of bakersfield, ca.

Often full of beer cans, trash, unwanted children or other tweeker goods. Used in lieu of the shopping carts that her male counterpart uses.

theres a nappy baby and a 12 pack of Naty Ice in that stroller being pushed by a toothless, huge-breasted, beastly woman with oily blond hair! That must be her crap cart!
