Synonym of fourth base.
More specifically, when two people go to the fourth floor on an elevator. The power goes out on the way and the elevator falls. Thinking it's their last moments of life and wanting to lose their virginity before they die, they have sex. The power comes back on and they reach the fourth floor. Afterwards it is always awkward between them.

In a restaurant that is full of hispanics, a floork is a fork that has fallen onto the floor and is put back into use without re cleaning. After put back with the clean silverware, it contaminates the rest of the silverware and all hell breaks loose.

"Aw man, I bet Juan didn't know that he is eating his food with a floork. He probably didn't know it fell onto the floor and Jose put it back with the clean forks."

Blood on the dance floor

A band started by the one and only Dahvie Vanity to spread the message of love. The rest of the band consist of Jayy von Monroe also on volcals. Jayy von Monroe is gay but that dosent make him different. Some of there songs include: right to love- a song about love it dosent matter if your gay, bisexual, lesbian or straight you should still be able to be with the person you love. Also the song: rise and shine- a song about bullying. So to sum it up blood on the dance floor is a band that helps kids and adults with problems so all you haters don't really understand unless you are truly a member of the SGTC.
