Someone who no one really knows, (just seen before and sometimes remembered) but still getting known more frequently over appearing to the same people everyday. (If there are multiple like that there called RANDOMS if there’s one there called a random)

John: “hey Sam, Will, Reed who are you guys again?”

A person who recently received a video game or new console for Christmas and has absolutely zero fucking idea what they are doing. They enter multi-player mode and bring your team down because they suck. They’re a huge, moronic liability and are guaranteed to be on your team.
