A narcissistic person who also lacks a good sense of humor, fashion sense and is generally annoying to be around.

A person completely self-involved and clueless.

My brother-in-law is such a narcidipstick that he quit his good-paying job in the middle of a bad economy, simply because he didn't like the new boss that was hired and thought his commute was a little too far.

Government by a person or persons with extreme narcissistic personalities. When policies and proposals serve to gratify the id and ego of the lawmaker far more than affect their constituents.

Some people say the new president is running a kleptocracy, but this narcissicracy is not as goal oriented as that .

2. Someone who wants to be the center of attention of a large group of people by doing anything they can.

Kim keeps talking about depression, but she's been pretty happy and cheerful when stalking her. She's such a narcissist.
