The practise of exercising one’s gluteus maximus (also known as a ‘Batty’ in patois slang, hence Battycise) in tightly fitting jogpants, mainly worn by attractive & nubile young gym bunnies, wishing to replicate the Kim Kardashian-like booty, to obtain more social media followers.

This evening’s gym class will focus on Battycise. Expect to feel like you’re been kicked in the ass by a premiership footballer tomorrow.
