Adjective. A tool-handling person is someone who knows how to deal with situations better than other people.

tool factory 

An individual who repeatedly misuses the word "tool" thinking that it is a general slur when it in fact has a specific meaning as in somebody who doesn't realize that they are being used by others.

Wow that guy sitting under the television wearing the college jersey and slamming Bud Lights is such a tool factory that he doesn't even realize he sounds like a complete idiot.

Tool Shed 

A group of tools in a crowded area such as a mall or theme park. They are easily spotted, as they usually wear bro tanks, skinny jeans, or apparel from Diamond Supply Co.

J: Jeeze, did you see that tool shed?

E: Yes! They were total posers. I bet they are shopping for bro tanks.

tool shed 

The second level of being a poser/loser. Someone who is "whipped" or someone who thinks he's cooler than he really is. A toolshed usually dresses outside of the mainstream just to make others think he is cool. He is always a jackass. A female tool shed, though rare, shares these same characteristics, and usually operates by being a total bitch and thinking she is hotter than she really is. A tool shed is is a bigger loser than a tool, but not quite a hardware store.

I'd be complimenting Ryan Seacrest by calling him a tool shed: he's a hardware store (aka Home Depot).

That toolshed talks on the phone to his girlfriend for 6 hrs a night.
