something or someone that is either dumb,stupid,unintelligent, retarded/not literally,or just a ass hole. normally would make a retard look smart or highly intellectual. this word is not meant to offend a actual retard but instead to ridicule and make a really dumb person look more stupid then he already is.

dang that girl sure is betartedd, yea she looks like she climb the ugly tree and when she got to the top she feel off and hit every branch one the way down.

i must admit i'm a bit betartedd for coming up with such a stupid word that is very missed spelled.
