Back information: When charging the mound on a pitch not even close to him, Richie Sexson threw his helmet at the pitcher and became the laughing stock of baseball. Baseball fans now use the term "sexson" when referring to a coward.

Mike: Hey Ken, want to go rock climbing this weekend?
Ken: Nah man, what if I fall and hurt myself!
