Guys and girls both have the same clothing, hair, and make-up. It fashionable to dig through your closet and look for all your old t-shirts from second grade b/c thats "scene" Its now Okay to shop in the kids department now that your all-grown-up. Wearing thick black glasses even if you don't need them is "scene" too. Going to crappy shows and meeting everyone in the bands is RAD. Must have a myspace or else your just not "scene" ALWAYS end a sentance with "kthnx" its cool.
Take pictures of yourself 24/7 but dont look at the camera, and take them at weird angles. Replace vowels with the letter X. or simply say your hardXcore.
ROFL, Hawt, LOLZ, and LMAO have now become official words.(lyke oh ma gawd)

According to all of you haters, scene is nothing more then conformists who cant think for themselves. Although there may be some scene kids who are in it for acceptance. Others are in it to be with people that may have similar thoughts and style. By Saying that all scene kids are the same, youre stereotyping. Some kids join the scene because they actually like the style, music, and ideas that the scene stand for. Its true that some are in it for the wrong reasons, but these definitions are an insult, and any of you who have the audacity to catagorize kids based on what they like, take a look at yourself, your style, your ideas, and its garunteed that there is something out there EXACTLY like you. Now, do you think of yourself as a poser or conformist?

Many people think scene is jsut another word for emo. But thats where they are wrong. Scene kids are a mixture of prep, and emo.
Want to fit the part?Here you go!
Girls: you have two layers of hair. On on the top..about 4 inches long. use pounds of hairsprya on it everyday, make it stand nice and tall. Makeup is huge, coated on thick, and either black, or multicolored. never ever no eyeshadow, or nude color makeup. EVER. your pants are so tight you can hardly fit into them. you go to shows all the time. your myspace pictures have angles. in itleast one of your pictures you are doing the metal claw. you have a myspace, duh, everybody has a myspace. in your myspace; skinny layouts, graphics, your myspace name is an alliteration. ex: taylor terro. killer kasey. you get it. very pale. write on your hands daily. wears itleast 3 layers of shirts. berkanstocks are completely discusting. your not cought dead iwht your hair tucked behind your ears. often use retro words;stellar,rad,radtastic. or even some ghetto ones; ballin', er'body, iight,etc. you call everybody kid, kiddoh, kiddies. very huggable. myspace whore; itleast 1k..i mean..come'n. you go to the mall..just to go look at clothes and scream "i ned this!!!!!" to make sure everybody hears you. attention is called for. you often do the white kid dances; running man, cabbage patch, sprinkler, YMCA,q-tip,buggy cart. you HATE country. no exceptions. yu amke fun of practically everybody thats not in your 'clique'. you get mad if your called emo,gothic,punk, you are SCENE. pfft..geesh! you have ana ttitude about almost everything. you talk like a valley girl all the time. your hair is fun, no matter what.multicolored. even if just blonde and black, that does it. if your hair is one color, you shall never be a true scene kidd. talks 'kinky' all the time.screams out the most random things.
