A combination of lineman and cablemen, the PLT will fix any electrical problem , can diagnose sicknesses, perform surgeries, fly planes and correct engineers work. Mostly outdoorsy , they can make fire with sticks. Working off of little to no sleep ,one could say that the PLT doesn't go to bed, they just wake up.
