Also known as Jimmy's favorite word, a donkey ex girlfriend is a reference to someones ex girlfriend that is a total bitch. When you are fighting with them, have one of your friends say, "Tell her shes a donkey ex girlfriend". Additionally, it is Jerry's surname and a fun way to make people angry by use of repetition.

Steven: Becca, tell her she's a donkey ex girlfriend!

Becca: Okay. "YOU'RE SUCH A DONKEY EX GIRLFRIEND"
