A technoboomer isn't necessarily actually old, but they act like a boomer in any conversation about any tech trends that started in the past 15-20 years. They're often found talking about the "good old days" browsing niche forums or newgrounds.

If your favorite operating system is Windows XP you're probably a technoboomer.
