Organ grinders being the boss, and the monkey being the one who helps him out.

Normally used in a conversation to describe the 'monkey' as someone who's interfering and defending or covering for the the 'organ grinder'.

Shut up! I wish to speak to the organ grinder not the monkey.

Spak pad

An unnofficial console pad which is usually bulky, less sleek, poorly designed and has unnecessary turbo buttons. The pad is usually bestowed upon the weaker gamers and thus enhancing their handicap.

Tom: Jonty's coming round for some Goldeneye.
Chico: Oh? Well tell that a$shole to leave his spak pad at home.

Duncan: I know it's your house and everything but do I have to use the spak pad?

Drummer Speak

n. (noun)
An oral language used to talk about the noise coming from the percussion section when one or more parties in the conversation cannot read percussion music. It is spoken largely by Drummers, Bassists, Conductors, and a select few others.

Guitarist: "um... yeah, I want you to do that one thing with your snare and the um..."

Bassist: "I think in Drummer Speak he means 'Dum-ka-tick-ka CHA CHA CHA-ka-dum-kah-dum dum kah-dum-kah-tick-kah-chick-kah-tick-kah duh-kah-duh tsss~."

Drummer: "Oh, sure."

The official unofficial language of the police when speaking to the public. Including: the press, in the courts, to witnesses or the general population.

Then the officer went right into Cop-speak."The subject was observed entering the a fore mentioned entry way.
