Being under the influence of a hallucinogen, namely LSD, in public, or even formal settings. The term was coined by South Park writer Trey Parker on 'The Tonight Show' describing his and co-writer Matt Stone's attendance at the oscars, where they had donned dresses and taken acid before walking the red carpet.
