a. a small abrasion on the epidermal layer of skin. Bigger than a scratch but smaller than a scrape.

b. can be used as a slang word meaning “to fuck something/someone up”

a. “Oh my gosh I just tripped on the sidewalk. Look at this scraetch!”

b. “I can’t believe he broke up with me! He’s gonna get scraetched tonight!”
