In general terms this refers to an individual doing up/Pimp'in Out (a car), i.e. new stereo, new exhaust, new paintwork, body kits, etc...

Skinny Pimp, born Derrick Dewayne Hill, is a Memphis underground rapper that was with Triple Six Mafia from '94-'96. Left due to monetery disputes.
