Adverb: Pejorative. Contraction of normal and boring. To be noring, means to have no distinguishing qualities. To live a noring lifestyle, would mean that a person would be living a lifestyle free of excitement or interesting events.

We're going to stay in this weekend and be noring.

A woman, usually drunk and ugly, performing oral sex in the back seat of a car. In reference to the bobble head 'nodding' characters British people would put in the rear window of there car, often a Churchill Dog.
