Used to describe a rare condition in which a person is aroused sexually by the sight of a sleeping partner. A sufferer of severe narcophilia will be aroused even by the sight of a sleeping stranger and may attempt to copulate with the stranger.

it's basically being sexually attracted or turned on by corpses. people could either fantasize about them or they'll have actual physical contact with it.
