The artifact left behind on ones hands after eating a crumb producing food. Flakes are expelled by rubbing ones fingers together or any sudden movement of the hand; much like dandruff on the scalp.

Leo made it snow after eating Triscuits by rubbing his fingers together over Mads homework paper, covering it in his hand dander.
