Palmetto Bluff

A luxury golf resort and spa located near Bluffton, South Carolina. Comparable to Hilton Head and Sea Island, but quite a bit more exclusive and private. As low-key as it is high-end, it has an overwhelming old money feel to it. A surprising amount of people live in Palmetto Bluff, with house prices ranging from 625k-25 million.

It is a hotbed for southern elites, and recently has become more well known to Northeastern elites looking for alternatives to overpopulated vacation destinations in New England.

Also considered one of the preppiest and wealthiest places in America.

Guy 1- "I want to go where luxury meets southern hospitality."

Guy 2- "Palmetto Bluff is the way to go dude, and wait until you see some of the Southern Belle's over there."

Bluffer Mcbluffenton

A characteristic of a poker player who is a cheeky bluffer, and everyone at the table can see through his little antics. This player is typically coined this term and is ridiculed throughout the entire game with no mercy.

The bluffer mcbluffenton couldn’t hide from the wraith of the profiteer, and was then forced by his superiors to be the big blind for the rest of the game.

wine connoisseur bluff

When you're in a restaurant and you're asked the taste the wine, not knowing really what you are tasting for, so you sniff the wine before you drink it, drink and nod in acceptance... whilst you find the whole formality unnecessary and pretentious

Waitor comes over and shows the bottle label to diner.

Diner: yeah... that's the one I ordered, what do you want me to say?

Waitor pours about 3 sips of liquid in the glass and "Shows you the glass"

Diner sips it.... the whole table is now in suspense

Diner nods in acceptance and everyone in proximity has a sigh of relief and ponders on the 2 minutes wasted on wine tasting and the diner for his wine connoisseur bluff

A girl who pretends to be bisexual to gain attention. She has never done more than kiss a girl, but tells everyone she is bisexual for the shock value.

Andy: "didn't you say she was bisexual?"

Matt: "She said she was, even told me some dirty stories! Then I found out she only kissed a girl one time, that broad is a Bi-Bluffer!"
