barella

Normally is the word used in the italian language to define the "stretcher" (i.e: he was carried away on a stretcher)

It has then become widely used with two particular meanings:

1. As a noun, "La Barella" is the italian slang for Cocaine (probably more in the north-west regions as Lombardy or Piedmont)

2. As a verb, means "freaking out", "getting wasted", being totally fucked up

1. Oh, zio, porta la barella ! - yo, bro, bring the cocaine

2. Zio, stai sbarellando di brutto !! - dude, you're freaking out of your goddamn mind!
3. Minchia Tony l'altro giorno ha sbarellato! - Fuck, Tony got really mad the other day

4. Ou, ripigliati che stai sbarellando - dude, you're losin it, get your shit 2gether

bare tekkers

A phrase used to describe the level of ability that an individual has in relation to a task or skill. Usually used in a football context, the phrase bare tekkers could be applied to anything that requires skills.

The phrase is the combination of two words, bare (urban sense) which means lots of or loads, and tekkers which is short for technique.

"Did you see Smithy's run and goal yesterday lad?"

"Oh yeah, man's got bare tekkers you get me?"

barefooter

n. One who frequently (if not always) walks around barefoot in public. He or she takes pride in this fact, and is not ashamed of having dirty feet. The person may, in fact, have been kicked out of stores, restaurants, and other public places due to his or her bare feet, and likes to flaunt it. There are some advantages to this lifestyle, however: according to some research, it keeps your feet healthier. Quite a few Facebook groups and websites have been dedicated to this lifestyle, indicating its popularity. Not recommended for certain urban areas!

Woman: Yes I am! Let's walk barefoot through Wal-Mart and see if they kick us out!

bare feet

Feet without shoes or socks on them are bare feet. They usually feel wonderful on surfaces from sand to grass, and only really hurt on gravel. Some people do not understand the wonderful feeling that accompanies bare feet. Unfortunately, bare feet are often rejected by society as unprofessional and stinky, but bare feet are only stinky after having been cooped up in socks or shoes. Bare feet quickly lose their smell after a small dose of freedom.

Angelita loved to run around in bare feet, but Joey didn't understand until he tried it. After removing his socks and shoes he cried for joy.
