bof

A schoolchild who always sucks up to the teachers, and sees them as friends. One that becomes really upset if he receives a grade lower than expected. One that expects to receive awards for excellence and doesn't tolerate joking.

He's a right bof, he though he'd get a medal!

bare

A lot of; very; an exclamation used in disbelief.

The woman had bare cats; I was bare tired; "I have a new car!" "Bare!"
