Arnst

When walking in a crowded hallway (or other public area) and another individual is walking your way, you try to go around that person but they go the same way as you. You try to go the other way but so do they. Can go on for a number of seconds or minutes. Extremely awkward but a feeling of accomplishment arises when a long arnst is created.

Allie: "I ran into that Jonathan kid from our spanish class in the hall, we had a 2 minute arnst."

Mel: "Sounds awkward to me."
