The cost a company pays for systematically not hiring and/or promoting women. If the best person for the job truly is a woman, but the company refuses to hire or promote her then the company will pay in the long run.

If Law Firm X will not employee a female lawyer, but she then revolutionist the industry by catering to an untapped market then Law Firm X pays a sexism tax. More examples can be found in the Book Why Men Earn More.

Sexism

Sexism is often looked upon as and only girls thing when in reality we females have been way more sexist towards men or even man shaming and even womansplaining them throughout the years without even realizing it. Calling me anti-woman would make absolutely no sense since I was physically born as one and I am proud of being a woman which maybe could be looked at as sexist but that's for society to decide.
Don't think just because were female we have a free pass to be sexist towards men and harass them you are the sexist pig not them.

She: you don't know the first thing about a period you sexist pig
He: Well I actually have a sister so I know a few things

She: so? You still don't know anything stop harassing me!

He: Hey um I just wanted to say you look beautiful today
She: IS THAT ALL YOU SEE IN WOMEN IS OUR LOOKS YOU SEXIST PIG

Other guy: she's not worth it let's go
She:OH SO JUST CUZ HE DON'T FIND ME ATTRACTIVE YOU WANNA LEAVE YOU'RE BOTH SEXIST PIGS!
