Acronym for "Pulled Out Of My Ass Financials". Often utilized when creating financial projections of early stage ventures where they have no idea what financial really look like. Also utilized by business owners with poor accounting practices when wanting to sell their businesses, having no idea of their actual financial performance.

I presented to the venture capital group yesterday and gave them nothing but POOMAF, and they bought it!

A poorman's fishfry occurs when two people (or more than two depending on the flexibility of the participants) arrange themselves in a 69 formation but push past the front door and proceed to tongue-knock on the back. i.e. eat out eachother's assholes.
