Joey passed the ball straight to Tim in front of goal microseconds before Tim was spear tackled by six defenders rendering him unconscious. Joey really passed him the Poison Chalice!

Poison Dart Frog

Not referring to the actual frog, of course. Generally anyone who's obviously a feminazi and is easily visually distinguished as such. Blue hair, TERF bangs, septum piercing, distended belly, the whole nine yards. Just as with the amphibian, these obvious visual characteristics allow you to easily avoid the slimy, poisonous creatures.
I couldn't believe how many poison dart frogs I saw last night. At least they're easy enough to avoid.

A fucking amazing band that scream lyrics that actually mean something. The song "Nerdy" has a funny twist because its actually a love song, but its screamed.
Poison the Well is the best band I've ever heard.

poison ring

A ring from medieval times that resembles a locket with a storage area. These were used to store poison to slip in someone's drink or food. They are fairly large and decorative with a flip-up top. Also used to store one's sniffable illicit substances. AKA "crack ring."

Poison Pawn

A "Poison Pawn" is a pawn that often seems like any other pawn left open to capture for free, but when captured, causes problems for the player who captured it. Quite often "Poison Pawns" are left as bait.
Example 1: He captured what he thought was a free pawn, but it was a "Poison Pawn". In doing so, he left his King open and was checkmated.

Example 2: He captured the pawn on square e5 with his Knight, but doing so his left his Queen open to be taken by a Bishop.(A much less valuable piece.)
