A word to describe a large assortment of Heavy Rock/Metal/Heavy Metal songs or albums. Usually stored as files on an MP3 or on a computer.

Garda Panteri

The Garda Panteri was one of the elite brigades of the VRS (Republika Srpska Army) during the Bosnian War. The Garda Panteri was disbanded when the VRS merged with the ARBiH to form the current form of the Bosnian Army. The Garda Panteri is also popularized by Serbian propaganda and memes. Roki Vulovic frequently sings about them.

The guys of the Garda Panteri were a force to be reckoned with 2 decades ago. Unfortunately, they disbanded a decade ago...

Gemma: Remember that day when we made that homemade bazooka and it accidently went off in your chest? And we ended up at E.R. and the unexploded bazooka shell was stuck in my chest right next to the oxygen line and it took three trainee doctors and a bomb disposal team to diffuse the situation? After that we missed the last bus home and had to walk all the way back?

Windows Pattern

The pattern Microsoft follows for making their oses.

IE: Suck, Good, Suck, Good

Windows 3.11 or 3.1 = Good, Windows 95 = Horrible, Windows 98 = Good, Windows 98 se = Fail Sauce, Windows 2000 = Good, Windows ME = Epic Fail, Windows XP = Amazing, Windows Vista = Windows ME on drugs, Windows 7 =Best Yet.

Pretty much everyone who has been buying every other os since windows 95 has been screwed in the ass. And people like me who have been buying every one since 3.1 have not been screwed at all.

John: I have owned 95, 98 se, Me, and Vista.

Me: So you have owned all the failures of oses?

John:????

Me: Have all those sucked?

John: Yes! OMG YES!!

Me: I have owned 3.11, 98, 2000, Xp, and 7.

John: Do they actually work with ALL your programs and hardware?

Me: Yes. Because Microsoft Taints every other os they make.

John: Why?

Me: Because they value their original customers like me, who have been buying their stuff since their first successfull os: 3.1

John: oh

Paltering

Paltering (gerund or verb) and palter (verb) refer to an extremely common practice of lying and deceiving with true statements. Probably the most common form of paltering (especially among politicians and interviewees on media) is answering a challenging or embarrassing question with a statement which is true but does not address the original question. Frustrated questioners sense the lie, but instead of identifying the paltering, often rephrase and repeat their original question. Strangely, very few know this word and its phenomenon, thinking a lie must be only a misstatement of fact. By subtle paltering, the witness at a Senate hearing avoided all the challenging and important questions that Senators directed his way, leaving the Senators with a sense of confusion and frustration.
