Noobskank

A freshman or new person in a school or work place that is clad in an exceptionally scandalous way to get attention from the opposite gender. Usually pertains to those of a female orientation, however, an exceptional man could also fit the bill.

Sarah: "Did you see that girl wearing a mini skirt and plunging top? She was practically falling out all over the place! And the guys just kept STARING!"
Jen: "Yeah! She is SUCH a noobskank!"

A person who is inclined to be, was caught in the act of or is currently representing their self as a complete and utter douchebag by virtue of a blatant, ridiculous, and near-impossible level of toothless, ignorance.

2) "Sure noobsauce, as a Technical Support monkey helping you over the phone, I can certainly see what you are doing on your computer from my computer."
