Midwest Hot Pocket is the act in which two males hook up in a porta potty or bathroom stall and start scissoring each other and then they shit in each others anuses. This behavior usually happens around late summer or early fall when County and State Fairs are going on. However, it not exclusively beholden to those seasons. It has been reported to occur during the other seasons as well.
