Used in reference to shorten the term "Little Bitch". The Little Bitch is usually someone very small/ a receding hairline/ very weak or quite possibly just someone that would get beaten in a fight by a five year old girl. To further shorten LB, one could even say 'elb'.

Oh Man Buch's is such a fuckin LB. He has some massive receding hairline.
