Lazy Bastard Syndrome or Lazy Bitch syndrome

People perfectly capable of working but would rather sit around their house all day in front of the television mooching off of the government and the tax-payers. Also known to have a handicap sticker in their vehicles.

Rodney suffers from a case of severe LBS. He has a 60 in. flat screen t.v., a brand new mercedes, and a ton of cash. He also collects welfare and food stamps.
