Is the act of a person who has provided direction to a group of lost individual's on a specific topic (also known as the "Subject Matter Expert”).

The "p" is removed due to the need for this person to always be a darn "Perfectionist" and feels the need to correct everyone all of the time. The removal of the "p" creates much unrest to an insirationist for fear the "p" will never be in its appropriate place.

This word was created to annoy the insirationist immensely.

The insiration or brain child of the program was to improve his friends ability to function appropriately in society.
