A hotboy is one who increases the heat of the block.

Hotboxing is when you have diarrhea and you do a fart but you suddenly realise it will be hot lava like shit exploding from your anus and you pinch your butt cheaks together and stop farting which inturn stops the shittong but your anus is burning hot from the diarrhea and you have to keep those cheeks pinched as you walk to the toilet.
