A sensation in which a person is at the point of inebriation under any substance in which the body is asleep, but the mind is fully awake.

A person that seems to be asleep, but is mentally fully aware of their surroundings.

Lucas: Dude, you were so high last night you fell asleep.
Pardoo: No I didn't, I was just gooped.

A horrible exuse for a human being, who is not blessed with the best of looks which is highlighted in situations such as falling asleep with eyes and mouth open accompanied by copious amounts of dribble and often caught out by photography technology when not having the chance to pull out a pose. This usually occurs on disgusting nights out.
