A drinking game, popular in the UK. You need to have a good few people, and one person starts by saying the word "fuzzy duck." Everyone to the left keeps saying this until one person says "duzzy." The direction is changed from the left to the right, and is continued with the words "ducky fuzz." If somebody says the word "duzzy" then the direction changes again and resumes the phrase "fuzzy duck."
People have to take a drink if they mess up what they say, for example they say "does he fuck" or "fuck he does."

When you didn't pay for the movie you could still go to the channel, but the picture was terrible and "fuzzy", but would occasionally clear up for a few seconds, and you could see everything you wanted to see.
