Cumstantial Evidence (more commonly known as a Paternity test) is a test taken to prove that a particular man is the father of a child.

If two vehicles show signs of a collision, and flakes of paint from each vehicle are present on said areas, dat is pretty strong evidents dat they did indeed encounter forcible contact!

Empirical evidence that somebody just doesn't want to look at.

Manray: "Is your name Patrick Star?"
Patrick: "Yes"
Manray: "...and is this your ID?"
Patrick: "Yes"
Manray: "Good, because I found this ID in this wallet, so if that's the case, this must be your wallet!"

Carlson Evidence

Shocking or damning evidence that has to the potential to fundamentally affect an outcome, but that the holder can't ever show you.

"He argued he had Carlson evidence proving he did not steal the petty cash from his employer, that he had copies of it, and it would clear his name, but he could never show it to anyone because the only copy was lost."

Schrödinger's evidence

In an argument, when one refuses to make a simple search for evidence of their claim; however, they demand that the opposition does so. This creates a paradoxical position in which their belief is true and, when confronted with facts, either remains true or is discovered to be false.

In the event that it is discovered to be false, a second paradox often occurs in which the claim remains true by way of continuing to state it despite the evidence.

"Nobody has proven me wrong yet. Give me a source, I admit defeat. Don't, I stay right! Of course, I can obviously google for myself... but I have Schrödinger's evidence on my side!"
