for something to be so cute it’s ugly, or so ugly it’s cute. Used commonly among clothes in a “white trash” style.

person 1: oh my god I saw the most awesome cugly tank top earlier, it was camo and has hot pink letters that said “princess”

An annoying person who is especially more annoying because they’re ugly.

Person 1: "Those ugly people just sat next to me at the library and started eating."
Person 2: "What a bunch of cugglers."
Cuggler 1: *makes a joke that would've been funny if they weren't ugly*
Person 3: "Pipe down, cuggler!"
