All Day Pyjama Syndrome

A condition which causes sufferers to never change out of their pyjamas.

People take their children to school in their pyjamas, go about their business, go to the supermarket and go about their daily lives wearing their pyjamas. In rare cases, people like this actually have jobs, but this is almost unheard of.

Boss: "Why are you wearing pyjamas to work?!"
Employee: "What's wrong with that? It seems perfectly normal to me. I wear them everywhere."
Boss: "You must have All Day Pyjama Syndrome. I'm sending you to The Priory..."
