When someone attempts to roast someone else but either ends up roasting them self or setting them self up to be roasted.

Jake committed roasticide when he roasted his friend about having bad grades, when he, in fact had even worse grades.

Max committed roasticide when he attempted to roast his friend because he didn't start in the football game when, in fact, Max didn't even make the football team.
