Pandacoon

A rare species of teenage girls who wear their eyeliner 1-4 inches below their eyes, therefore making them look like a mix of a panda and a raccoon.

This term can also be used to describe overdramatic bitches who's hobbies include: pissing people off for fun, trying to get into fights, etc.

Stands for Previously Advantaged Now DisAdvantaged.

It comes from the politically correct South African bullshit euphemism "previously disadvantaged" which means everyone who is not white, and hence is eligible for affirmative action.
