An expression that shows one thinks something is good or bongoes. The thing that is bongoes performs the phrase. When used in the past tense, it can either be "beats the drums" or "beat the drums" interchangeably.

Used to describe something (whether it be a character, item, ability, or mechanic) that is stupidly overpowered.

Used by nerds to define BPM, often in Romania and Italy. Can be used in a mechanism (see beats per minute mechanism) and may be created by the government.
Those who say this either are a part of the niche meme or need help. Possibly both

1: A word describing the form of sound system a towny has in his/her (normally male) car.

2: A style of music, normally rap, played unnecessarily loudly out of a towny's car.

ex1: "Those be some shithot towny beats motherfucker"
