a term used when a turban sighting is noticed in an environment where it is not normally seen, used to signal others so that they can notice as well. The urban turban is most effective when the juxtaposition of the east and west is most apparent.

Member of the male sex designed specifically for the distribution of top, turbo-charged banter and attracting sexually promising girls on a regular basis. The turbo top lad is prone to getting wildly drunk, shouting offensive comments at innocent passers by and claiming that he could bed any girl in the room.
